NEOFORMA design – Architecture & Interior Design Studio
Since 2006 we have been designing houses, residential interiors and commercial spaces, and delivering complete turnkey fit-outs. With this option the interior design is included in the price of the works, and one company is responsible for the design, materials, crews and schedule.
Every project is led by two architects: one on the design side, the other on site. We never run a build without supervision from start to finish. It is our rule and the biggest time saving for you.
We work in Łódź and across Poland, as well as in Germany and the Netherlands. The first meeting is free – we start with coffee and a conversation about your interior.

For property valuations we work with Ms Adrianna Luiza Bobrowska, a certified property appraiser holding professional licence no. 4717, granted by the minister responsible for construction.
Her appraisal reports cover the market value of land, residential units and developed properties — for the purposes of sale transactions, mortgage collateral, inheritance proceedings or division of assets. Every valuation is prepared in accordance with the Real Estate Management Act and the professional standards of property appraisers.
For our Clients this means access to an independent, documented opinion on the value of a property — prepared by a state-licensed professional, not merely an agent's estimate. It is essential support when deciding to buy, sell or finance a property.
